Our Valet Trash Service: Step by Step
When we arrive at the property, we begin with a thorough walk-around of the entire complex using a 5-gallon bucket and a trash grabber to pick up any loose trash, such as bottles, cans, wrappers, and other debris.
After finishing the initial clean-up, we start collecting trash from the building farthest from the dumpster or compactor, working our way section by section toward the dumpster. We pick up trash from each door to ensure a comprehensive service.
Typically, servicing time is about one hour per 100 units. For example, a property with 400 units may take approximately four hours to complete. Our service hours at the complex generally fall between 7:00 PM and 11:59 PM.
